FRUSTRATED AND DISTRAUGHT

We are extremely frustrated and distraught! We went through U-Ship to have our brand new 2018 Polaris Razor shipped from North Carolina to Florida. It was suppose to be here on 01/18/2018. We are still waiting for it to be delivered. The person who picked it up has turned his phone off and won't respond to any emails. We contacted the police where this person lives and it turns out they know him well. We reached out to U-Ship customer serive which was not helpful and rude. They told us that we are on our own and they were not repsonsible for their drivers or our razor. They don't backup their drivers or do background checks. They are reffering people with criminal records. We put a claim in with U-Ship and we are still waiting to hear from them.
