Worst service ever- will never recommend or use again

If a zero rating was possible then that's what Iezship LLC would receive. I should have trusted the reviews I read on my 1st discovery of this company but they quoted me an affordable price of $500 from FL to TX ($200 deposit-$300 on delivery). I signed my contract with them in June to have my car picked in July. 2 days before pickup I gave them my sister's info to be present for pickup. On the day of pickup they stated the driver they found was asking for an additiontional $1000 which I didnt budget for so they agreed to find a driver to accepted the contracted amount. 3 days later they said they found a driver and gave me his info. I spoke with the driver who picked up the car and never mentioned a change in contract so I had no idea until 4 days later when he arrived in TX. Upon delivery I was informed by the driver I owe him $700 (not the $300 I was initially informed of). The driver showed me a contracted for a new amount signed by a Kenneth M. I have no idea who that is or why they would have a new contract signed for a price I was not informed of. I couldn't argue with the driver since he is 3rd party so I paid him what he asked and he informed me to contact Iezship to dispute the difference in contract and he would refund me once sorted. It was the weekend so the following Monday I called and spoke with a supervisor Ephraim who was rude as hell. I was transferred to Alex the manager who said he would listen to calls and get back to me in 24hrs. I was the one who had to call but he was always unavailable. 72hrs later I got through to a supervisor Peter who claimed Alex transferred the case to him. They claimed they got this Kenneth's number from my sister as they were unable to communicate clearly on her number and apparently discussed the new contract rate and had it signed. We argued back and forth and upon asking for the recordings he switched his tune and offered $200 credit which I refused as I have no intent on doing business with them again. He stated thats all they will be able to do and nothing else as they have a contract that wasnt even signed by me or my sister. I've never been rude to customer service but they are unprofessional and nasty and extremely sketchy and truly push you to extreme anger and disgust. I am short $400 because of these crooks who will continue to rob and lie to people to refer to as customers. Worst service ever but please use that $400 to train your staff with proper customer service skills and to be honest and professional when it comes to people and their money.
