I don't know about the company as a whole but I can tell you that my experience was terrible. Their responsiveness was poor, and the contractor they engaged to move my car from CO to PA was shady to say the least. Notwithstanding the quote I received and the contract I signed, there was almost no coordination between the eShip and the contractor. The driver was hours late, contacting the wrong person and creating unnecessary confusion. The driver spoke literally no English, and once he finally arrived he basically refused to load the car unless I agreed to an additional cash payment outside of the contract. I tried contacting the representative I was dealing with to get some clarification and have her communicate with the contractor but got no response. The guy showed up at my house and wouldn't offload the car unless I paid an additional fee directly to him in cash. I don't know if most brokers in the industry use shady carriers like the one I had but from what I experienced, if this company is 5-star, I would hate to see what the others are like.
