No follow up on issues and no refund

Very poor customer service. I shipped my car with E-ship from Oakland, CA to Brooklyn, NYC on June 17th, 2021. My car was to be delivered by June 27th, but instead it was delivered July 7th, 10 days after the due by delivery date. I requested the $300 refund from their platinum protection plan to cover rental expenses and was denied, on the grounds that I wasn't home to receive my car. This isn't true. According to messages exchanged between the dispatcher and I, I was available to receive my car, the dispatcher simply didn't deliver and blamed me instead. Eship promised to be an intermediary, however, everyday I had to be in direct contact with both the dispatcher and Eship - it was frustrating and exhausting. When the car was finally delivered, it had been driven 188 miles, it needed an oil change, and the tank was empty. I reported these issues to Eship and they haven't addressed them yet. I requested a $300 refund and a refund for the mileage driven and oil change. It's been 2 months and they have not neither answered my phone calls nor have they replied to my emails. I understand that there is so much Eship can control with the dispatcher, however, they can issue refunds and act on their customer's behalf by securing further refunds and/or repairs to damages. Eship hasn't acted responsibly and instead, they have ignored me and my issues.
