Car arrived damage- no compensation for the damages

I shipped my Ford fusion with eShip and had a horrible experience. The truck drivers asked me to meet them at different location than the one on the contract. When I let them know I was unable they asked if they could Uber me there. So unprofessional. My car arrived damaged with a big puncture hole in the back of my vehicle. We have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. Highly recommend going with a company that has more integrity
