I researched numerous companies and read their reviews before deciding on EShip. I was hesitant about doing the transport at all. Part of the reason I selected EShip was the A+ BBB rating and the overall positive reviews.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received to transport my son's car from NJ to San Diego. Maryanne was awesome every step of the way. Very attentive and responsive. Mind you, I started the process just as Hurricane Irma hit! No issues whatsoever!. Craig also was great resolving a minor issue related to the pick up schedule. Resolved while he was dining with his family!

Both pick up and delivery of the vehicle went off without any issues. It was a relief to know that if I called, texted or emailed, the response was very quick...minutes, not hours. They also follow up re: satisfaction once delivery of the vehicle has been made. Also, the driver's at pick up and delivery were both very pleasant. I was able to text/talk to them directly if needed.

Although it is not listed on their website, they do make delivery to area park n fly's near the airport. My son was travelling to his command in San Diego and delivery cannot be made directly to the base. Maryanne suggested the park n fly which worked out perfectly!

I would thoroughly recommend them.
