We are completely satisfied with the service we received from eShip! We contacted Mark Anthony one day and said we wanted the vehicle to go as soon as possible. It was picked up the next day. We were contacted several times to see if we had any problems or questions. The vehicle was being shipped to Hawaii and when the ship was due, there was a tropical storm in Hawaii. I was concerned about what the storm would mean for the arrival of our vehicle. I contacted Mark Anthony and he checked into it for us and called me right back. It delayed the unloading of our van for one day. We were able to pick up our car even sooner than they thought we might. Our satisfaction comes from the great condition of our van when it arrived, (it was dirty from being on a boat for two weeks but we were given a voucher for a car wash), all of our questions were answered in a prompt and courteous manner, and the extra mile that Mark Anthony went in helping us and allaying our concerns. When we picked up our van, the people we dealt with here in Hawaii were also very courteous and friendly.
