this company worked hard to get my pbusiness. I had a special emergency with my 14 yo son who is terminally ill. The van was picked up and promised to be delivered wednesday night, or at the very very latest thursday morning. its is 7 pm on friday night and it just got delivered although the driver has been in town for over 12 hours. the company itself worked hard to stay in contact with me, gave me a refund of part of the fee, and was concerned that I was without transportation and without the medical supplies for my son. I had to pay nearly 200 last night to get supplies since my van was not delivered on time. I was told that the driver "had things come up" like a flat tire, or he fell asleep and overslept, etc. lots of promises and excuses. Any customer should be aware that in fine print somewhere it says they can be up to 48 hours late. it is clear what happened. the company jumped to take my job and deposit but the driver had no intention of delivering on time. he did what alot of drivers do, get your vehicle and then it sits and waits till they fill up their transport vehicle. My guess is this company will use this driver again despite what happened with us and other people will have the same experience. My son missed a crucial doctor appt today for medication to manage his seizures because we didnt have transportation. oh sure the owner Craig feels bad but the driver couldnt care less.
and most likely he will continue to be hired by this company. I have no choice but to warn other families of what happened. I have been truthful here.

Let me first start off by saying the driver was stopped by the Department of Agriculture due to the customer having 2 oxygen tanks in the vehicle. The driver took as a favor and that favor caused him big fines. He also had 2 blowouts. The driver provided the customer with tire receipts for proof. Craig and the driver did everything in their power to deliver the vehicle on time but was 12 hours delayed. Craig was always available to the customer. Unfortunately you can never predict what might happen with the carriers (tire blowouts, mechanical, weather, traffic etc). Not every client is going to be happy and unfortunately Kerry is one. I wish her and her son the best of luck and sorry she feels that way about Eship. A refund was issued in full for the broker fee that was collected. Prior to delivery Craig found a website about her son. Craig also made a donation to his fund. Below is a link to the caring bridge website. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jackmccall
