Paid to ship cars enclosed. The carrier showed up 2 days late and in a half closed transport with a leak in he roof. I shipped 2 cars and we had nothing but trouble my 100k classic car showed up filthy dirty. What a joke. Then craig offered me a whole 100 credit after shipping 2 cars and he has yet to give my money back like promised. Before the statue of limitation is up I will see him and his crooked transport in court.

CLIENT MONEY WAS REFUNDED .......As your broker I can not control that carrier dropped the ball and had terrible communication and service w transport that they promised me would go right . I have made sure the $100 credit was processed and credited , yes it was late but done , and did answer every call from pickup of cars until delivery and worked with you and carrier to deliver asap , even when things went wrong, AS ESHIP HAS ROUND THE CLOCK CUST SERVICE 7DAYS WEEK , good or bad news , will never change .This being the first bad experience , we still strive and have over 200 5star reviews . I apologize it took you to write this review and definately will use as learning experience to help eship grow stronger and BE MORE PICKY W CARRIERS as well ! craig@eshipautotrans.com
