Just one minor mishap

Most of the experience was entirely positive- the pickup was prompt, the customer service reps (Mark, Haley) were all very polite and knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely concerned that I have the best experience possible (Mark Anthony in particular even remembered me, I was quite surprised).

The only mishap with the experience was that the truck broke down for about a day along the way. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem, stuff like that happens. However, I didn't find out until I was AT the bus stop waiting to go to the pickup location. I texted the driver saying I was on my way, and she responded with "Don't come yet". I asked why, and she replied that the bus was broken and would need repairs, and that the pickup would now have to be in the afternoon.

So, I cleared my afternoon and waited, and eventually I was told that the pickup would have to be next day. That would have been nice to know about 10 hours earlier! Still, the driver was a very nice lady that communicated quickly when prompted and had the car unloaded and ready to go when I got there. Overall, a good experience, but not without its pains.
