Craig at E-Ship was good, the UTV was booked with Universal Transport who ripped us off and never set up a pick-up. I contacted Craig and within the HR the shipment was booked with Tow Max out of Coral Gables FLA. Craigs communication was great, answering every call and text we sent even over the Memorial Day weekend. Tow Max however is a different story. In the end, we recieved the vehicle and it was not damaged. See my review of Tow Max. I would use E-Ship again. Thanks Craig
