Although Craig was a pro I had a very difficult time with CAA transportes. The person was barely understandable with both his accent and poor cell service. I asked to have the car delivered to a huge parking lot right next door to the destination. The driver said he made a wrong turn and would not deliver the car where promised. I was also told that the car would be two or three days late. I called Craig and he corrected it to be only one day late. I had to drive two cities away to pick up my vehicles. I had two vehicles, so I had to make the trip twice. Very poor customer service from the long haul driver. He even stated that he hated his job to me.
