I had been warned about the shark infested waters of the transportation business of moving cars so I was very wary of what I was being told and if to believe them. Craig was excellent explaining what they were doing and worked with us to get the car out to our daughter in Nevada. They were able to pick the car up 3 days earlier than I anticipated, allowed us to put some items in the car to ship to her (100 lbs or less) and were willing to answer any questions including the unfortunate breakdown of the transport (hydraulic breakdown on trailer) which caused the delivery to be one day later. Fortunately, this was not any issue to us. The car arrived with no issues other than dirty which is to be expected going across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. I would highly recommend dealing with eShip in the future and thank you Craig for all you help!
