Hello everyone! I’m Nicole owner of Oxent Express LLC carrier company. Ecar logistics gave me a Job in 08/05/2023 and the job was done perfectly fine like always my business does! The thing is i never got paid for the job! Do you think it’s cool pay the broker the all amount for transportation and then the broker does not pay the carrier for the job? it’s not right to me! I was the one who actually did the job, paid for diesel, paid for driver, insurance…to not get paid!? I sent a million emails and calls to them to complain about it. I even sent my bank statement to Ecar Logistics to show that i never received the ACH payment. But i never ever got an answer back from them! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! They never sent me a proof or receipt that payment was made. So BE CAREFUL with who you work with. I guess you don’t want that your money goes all to Ecar logistics when it’s not them who does the work, right?
