I spoke to several transport company's, I wasn't very impressed with most of their customer service, it was like; this is our price take it or leave it,no other conversation with me,as to what my needs really were. However when I spoke to Miss Laura Gentry she gave me her quote but she also took the time to listen to my situation and assured me that she would work on getting me the best price that she possibly could,because I said that money was tight at the moment,this was an emergency situation and that the most that I could afford at this time was 850.00. She said that she could not promise me anything but she would try her best to get me that price and that as soon as she new something she would give me a call. And just as she had promised when she got the price that I wanted she called me. Actually by that time another company had offered me 800.00 which was 50.00 less but even though I could have used that 50.00 savings I went ahead and did business with Miss Gentry,because of her superior customer service. I have owned 2 businesses of my own and my motto for my staff was BE NICE because you don't know what people might be going through when they contact you, and being nice to them goes a long way as it did with me. Again thank you Miss Gentry for helping make a bad situation a bit easier. If anyone I know or even myself in the future needs to have their vehicle transported I would definitely recommend your company and that they speak to Miss Laura Gentry
