Shipped a 12 passenger van from PA to MA. Original email quote was $350. When calling to set up shipment, was told price would be $500 due to size of vehicle. However, this was the case with other companies as well. Settled on agreed price of $425. Dealt with Sherley who was informative, courteous, and kept me up to date with the status of the shipment. Deposit was paid after vehicle was picked up. Shipping company assigned to the transport was easy to contact, was able to pick up the vehicle before the estimated pick up date, and delivered on time in a professional manner. If I were to ship another vehicle I would recommend Sherley at zip ship. Only recommendation is, as with any company, follow up if the quote seems too good to be true because they are not always accurate and sometimes referred to as a "ball park" figure. However despite the quote dispute, Sherley was a pleasure to work with.
