I had my vehicle transported from Seattle,Washington to Maryland by Zen Auto Transport.
Upon delivery in front of me, the driving of the transport “rig” got the lower part of my front bumper caught onto a part of his ramp with pushed my bumper in causing it to deform and rip off paint.
Fast forward I spoke to Sasha (a manager at Zen Auto Transport) who proceeded to deny my allegations (even though she wasn’t even there when this occurred) and towards the end of our phone conversation she hung up and told me to “F’ off”
Be careful when choosing Auto Transport Providers. Especially when you’re working with Zen Auto Transport because they will deny any liability if your car is damaged in the transport, loading, and/or unloading process.
