contacted company on 2/26 for service. placed deposit on2/27. was scheduled for pickup on 3/9. never rcvd confirmation email from them. started calling on 3/3 for transport info-called everyday and left voice mail. didnt receive a reply from company. they charged my credit card on 2/27-$175.00. called on 3/6 to cancel, no response, checkd website, went to link to verify quote, it stated my quote had expired and to contact anthony (the person who took my info and deposit) when i caled that number 754-242-6957, the mailbox was full. called credit card company to dispute charge, they called compnay, went directly to voicemail. I wish i had read the reviews on this company before i contacted them. I will file a complaint with BBB and DOT. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
