Worldwide Auto Transport seemed helpful and friendly the first time I spoke with them. After that, they were horrible to deal with. I called on a Friday. They said the car would likely be picked up on Monday. Needless to say, the car was never picked up. Nearly two weeks later the car was never booked for shipping and they never once called me. Every time I spoke with someone they assured me it would be booked within 48 hours. The car was never booked and I was forced to cancel because I simply cannot wait any longer. Their customer service was terrible. They never returned my e-mails or messages. They rarely answer the phone. When they did, they would put me on hold and never come back. Once they take your order you will never hear from them again. DO NOT place an order with them. Your car will never be shipped.
