I called to have a transport and all was going good then I looked at the reveiwws and seen all the bad reveiws in here and desided on not doing bisness with them and I was at the point of signning the contract and e-mail it backto them so I called back and talked to Carlos he was nice enough and I mean that, but after all his talk about how bad customers behave if one LITTLE thing happens. well I beleave that it is something and maybe the sould look at the drivers maybe one out of the bunch who knows, anywway I asked again to cancel and he said ok then I asked for a termanation e-mail Carlos said they realy need it I asked nice if he cold just send me a e-mail to show no sevice needed HE ASKED ME TO HOLD ON SO HE COULD DO THAT FOR ME AND THE PHONE WENT DEAD I CALLED BACK AND THE PHONE WENT TO THE VOISE MAIL OVER AND OVER AND OVER I ONLY CALLED BACK BECAUSE I thought MAYBE WE [got] DISCONECTED [YA] then I called my credit card by by !

We do operate within a 92-94% success rate within the industry. We are servicing nearly 10,000 customers a year so there will always be some issues that come up. Unfortunately, bad press is always reported first.
