terrible customer service.

This place was supposed to have my car picked up on a tuesday, but didn't come until wednesday and didn't even bother to call me to come pick it up. Then when it was time for the delivery date they were late again. I called the driver and I picked up a fax, so I called the company and ask them when they were coming they said they weren't sure and they that they would call me back. Over all I would not refer a friend to this place, "do your home work first and check the bbb or reviews of each place you do your research.

We depend on our approved carriers to be on time and up front with there estimated times for pickup and delivery. When they run behind its a tough scenario for all to handle. This is why all times are estimates. We do operate within a 92-94% success rate within the industry. We are servicing nearly 10,000 customers a year so there will always be some issues that come up. Unfortunately, bad press is always reported first.
