I have been burned by shippers before, so I was wary of the whole process. John's correspondence was thoughtful, informative, and comprehensive. There was an issue with the contracted carrier's trailer, so the shipment was delayed a day. John was very responsive even after he has been paid, which was one of my biggest fears. I will definitely use them again if I have to move another vehicle.
