I have used this company twice - shipped my son's car to school, and shipped it back home from school. Luke listened to my concerns of not knowing anything about the shipping industry. I googled the company and requested that he send me info about insurance, etc... because I wanted to be sure that the company was legit and would not over charge me or damage my son's car. Luke provided the info and made the entire process easy. I called him last minute at the end of the semester for a pick up and I was so sure that it would not be done within the 3 days that I gave them. Again, the company came thru and the process was so very easy, no issues, no complaints, no delays. Thanks for the excellent customer service and for paying attention to my needs. I look forward to using your company again in the future and would recommend!
