Company had over a week and a half to organize shipment of my car - they kept me on the hook until the day prior to shipment then ceased contacting me putting me into an extreme bind. Unprofessional and inconsiderate! A simple call stating that my shipment could not be arranged would have helped so that I could find another company that could assist.

**This is a re-post due to the fact that the company worked out an agreement on compensation due to their error and unsatisfactory service and then stiffed me on that too.

I, Miah Park, the owner, wanted to take a moment to clarify this review. I spoke to my client each of the 5 days prior to his pick up date, explaining we had not yet secured a carrier. We mentioned it may be because he was listed with more than one broker, but we continued to work for him. When we did find a driver, we offered to pay for some of his transport on top of not charging him a broker fee. That wasn't good enough for my client, who preferred to leave a bad review. We realize that in life, you can't please everyone, and we believe the positive reviews will outweigh this dishonest and unethical rant. When he contacted us a few days later, he said he had removed his review but would re-post it unless we mailed him a check for $100. Two days later, he contacted my company again, furious that he hadn't received any funds. This quickly went from someone trying to transport a vehicle, to someone trying to make money by extorting a small business.
