I had tried doing business with 2 other companies prior to being contacted by Luke at Worldwide Shipping. 2 other brokers had promised to have my car picked up on certain dates and the dates came and went and my car did not move. I was initially hesitant to do business with Luke because I had been burned before. 1 of the brokers even charged my card
$200 and I am currently in the process of disputing that charge. After Luke told me I could pay for the transport once the car was picked up I figured I had nothing to lose. He had also told me that the reason that the other companies were not able to find me a driver was because I was not paying enough money to the driver. It was really eye opening to learn how the business works. At the end of the day I was happy to pay an extra $100 to just get my car moved already! He called me back a couple of hours after booking with him and my car was picked up that same day. I honestly did not believe it until I saw this HUGE truck carrying 6 cars in front of my house. The driver was nice and allowed me some time to take some of my stuff out of the car. I had stuff in there because, like I said, I did not think they were really coming.
Communication is excellent and they make it super clear where every single dollar is going. My sister received the car in California as planned and I could not be happier. The driver even gave my sister the option of receiving the car a day earlier. My sister declined that option because it would have meant a very late delivery but what the driver did was just wait until morning to deliver the car. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to transport their vehicle cross country.
