Wise Auto transport was very professional and prompt in shipping my vehicle. I called and spoke to the customer service representative whom assisted me with paying my deposit and answered all of my questions and concerns. Shortlly after I got a call informing me of p/u and what I should expect next. Additionally, Wise kept me informed with several emails. On Friday, June 3, a transport truck came to my home in Virginia and took vehicle for delivery and told me I could expect delivery in 7-8 days.


Six days later, I received a call stating my vehicle was near Arizona; the drive told me he would be at my home by 10:30pm however at 10:40pm he called to let me know the vehicle was still 1hr and 15 mins away. It was very difficult to understand the driver as he had a very thick foreign accent My husband and I decided that we would accept our vehicle early am.

The next day the driver calls and says he will deliver our vehicle, and drives it up to our home. I check the vehicle and he tells me that there is something wrong with the right driverside area, he shows me where he has tied something around the axile and that this needs to be fixed. He was nice about it, however i have not had a problem with my vehicle and in the state of virginia a car has to pass a vigorous saftey inspection and this did not come up as an issue during my March inspection, nor did it come up as an issue when I got my routine check in July. As a matter of fact my mechanic said that i have been keeping up the maintenance of my car very well.

Though, customer service is excellent and price is affordable. Transport is a little rough on vehicle.

We do not agree with this customers review of our company. Her order was picked up and delivered on time and was given excellent communication in-between. We really cannot decipher why she is giving us 2 stars. She claims that there was damage done during transit, however this is not actually true. The damage she is mentioning was noted upon pickup by the driver, and had absolutely nothing to do with the actual transport.
