My Son purchased this car on eBay while he was stationed in Japan with the U.S. Navy. He sent me an email asking me to arrange to bring the car home to California. His 3 year tour in Japan was ending and he is being re-assigned to Port Hueneme, Ca. He wanted this as a project car.

I compared bids of about 20 companies and searched Transport Reviews to determine the level of reliability. I selected Wise Auto due to their favorable reviews and the very competitive pricing. I was very happy with Wise Auto Shipping from the very start. Nathan e-mailed all the required documents very fast and when I had questions he responded immediately.

There was a small discrepancy on the contract and I sent Nathan an email while I was waiting to board a flight out of Chicago O'Hare. He had the corrected contract to me and I was able to review it and sign before my flight departed. The response time was amazing.

I completed the booking formailites before I left Chicago and by the time I arrived, a carrier had already been assigned. Shortly thereafter I was advised by the carrier that my car would be picked up the next day. It was picked up on time and the ETA was established as 7-8 day transit.

On the morning of the 8th day I picked up my sone from LAX airport and while I was waiting I received a call advising that the truck would be delivering my car later that day. Then a second call advising me that the car would be delivered within one hour. 30 minutes later it arrived. The truck arrived about a half hour after we got home from the airport. What perfect timing!!

My few exchanges with Wise Auto Shipping, as well as the carrier were minimal and the process went very smoothly. This was the first time I have shipped a car and if I have to do it again I will contact Wise Auto / Nathan directly.
