Sue was very good about calling and updating me as to who the shipper would be. She was also very accommodating, as I was on a pretty tight schedule for pick up and delivery. This was my first time using an auto transport broker and I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was definitely easier than expected. The delivery probably would have been sooner, but the Christmas holiday fell in middle of the week, so that may have held up delivery a day or so.

The driver was pretty good. Communication could have been a little better though. At the pickup location, I though we were going to meet a local high school (as I wasn't sure if he would be able to get the truck down my road), but then as I was waiting at the school he called and said he was at my house, then seemed annoyed about how narrow the road was. At delivery, he called and gave a time estimate, but didn't deliver until a few hours after the estimate. This was a huge deal, but I was sitting around waiting for several hours.

Overall, this was a good experience, the car arrived w/out any damage, I would recommend them and use them again.
