This is the second time I have used Wheeler Shipping. The first time both Sue and the driver were fantastic. This is why I used them again. My second experience led me to not recommending them for one main reason - the driver.

Vladamir was his name, and he was the most rude vendor I have ever dealt with. He was threatening and unprofessional, and displayed a complete disregard for his customer's schedules. On both the pick-up and delivery, he called with 4 hours notice (7pm and 11pm respectively) and then didn't show up until well into the next day, both times without a call to let us know. His attitude was horrible. Granted, he got my car to and from in good time and within the promised time frame, but I would never willingly pay for his abusive behavior again.

Wheeler Shipping is a reputable broker, and it's a shame this particular driver behaved as he did.
