I regret that there are some cases that we do all we can to help a customer and they are not happy. We do all we can to work with our customers complete satisfaction. We inform all of our customers by the first email and phone conversation from the very beginning that the average time is 1-10 business days for pickup. We also let our customers know how the process works. If you want you car to move faster then the cost goes up, slower it can go down. The truck drivers will pick up the cars that pay the most first and least last. Dedra was inform of all this and opted to wait the 1-10 business days. Dedra canceled the order after only 5 business days.
