Bad experience- Very upset about how we were treated!

This is a terrible company. They were 6 days late in picking up my mother's RV, and when the driver arrived, he did not have the proper equipment to tow it, and was very mean to my mother for not having a chain for him to use. He made my mother go to the store to buy with her money what he needed. Neighbors had to show him how to hook it up. When they finally reached her home, the driver was rude with my sister because she insisted that we needed it backed up enough to shut the gate. He would not listen and unhooked it and now we cannot shut the gate and an extra expense to find someone to come hook up and move it back just three feet! I cannot believe how awful this whole experience is. My mom cannot let her dog run in the backyard because of this. She is in poor health and does not need the awful stress that this man put on her and her neighbors wanted to know who she was using to make sure he let his customers know to stay away from this company. He expressed that the way my mother was treated was the worst he had ever seen anyone treated.
