Brad was an unbelievable help in a horrible time with the transition between a merger. He was there every time I called and even called me from his home to get this taken care of.
The merger that took place between companies was confusing to all and he did everything he could to find out what was going on.
I would recommend Brad to be the best customer service person to handle any of the problems that could occur
I can't say enough about how he made it easier for me during this time.
There should be more people like him, who actually does his job.
