My needs were special as I had a roof top tent (RTT) on top of the SUV, making it taller than normal. Net result was the chosen carrier was a 6 car vehiicle vs a an 8/10 car carrier. This makes it cost slightly more - but my concern was vehicle safety.

Mike and his manager were very courteous. They were able to swing the transportation in a short time frame.

A word of caution - the transporters (truck owners) appear to not be able to predict specific days of ETA for pickup. They seem to run a day or two later than my preference - but they called me ahead of time to mention - that they could not be able to come on a Thursday - but instead said they will be there on a Friday/Saturday. Closer to the days - they gave me a better window of hours - within Saturday. Drop off went better than expected - with the truck person dropping it off close to my house. You may end up having to go to a close by home depot / walmart - depending on HOA situation or trucking vs non-trucking road logistics. Regular communications with the truck owners is important.

Overall the experience was positive - vehicle arrived safe and sound.
