I had actually made a deposit with another carrier that had a low quote. But after two days, nothing happened. We Will Transport Your Car actually contacted me and said it would't get picked up. They quoted me a fair price and had the vehilcle transported the next day. They kept me informed every step of the way, with driver giving me an ETA at the pick up and posting me on his progress so I didn't have to leave work until he was almost there.
They offered to help get a refund from the other carrier and my deposit was promptly returned.
