I wanted to get my car shipped from Birmingham, Al to Modesto Ca. I originally spoke with Joey who was very nice and easy to work with. He quoted me $998, and we scheduled the order. A couple of days later I get a call from Mike who was the "general manager," who stated that no trucks would be available on the day I requested and that he would have to increase my price to $1250! This definitely was not my first rodeo so I called another company. I called back to cancel my order with Mike and he was very unprofessional. He told me that he had the only truck in the area and when the other company called him, he would charge them $1500 to pick up my car. I told him that he was being unprofessional, I was guaranteed and price from Joey and Mike told me I was lying! (I specifically asked Joey about this situation before and he told me there was no way that they would go up on my price). After realizing how silly I was to argue with this fool, I confirmed that my order was cancelled and hung up. I have shipped my car 3 other times and have never dealt with so much rudeness! Just a warning to those who read... their contact info...

Since my review I have heard from 2 people from the company who have apologized for Mike's behavior. I appreciate the apologies from Joey and Mike B. Still haven't heard from Mike from dispatch.
