Bob was trying to explain to me about these scam companies. He told me to NEVER pay an upfront deposit. Available Logistics told me they could get this done for $400. It sounded great so ignoring Bob and Will I went forward and paid this deposit. Two weeks later I was desperate. These guys were supposed to pick my vehicle up a day after I booked with them. They wouldn't return my phone calls or anything. Bob was following up with me everyday. At first I was annoyed. When I did get in contact with Tom at Available Logistics they said they had a truck that would be there within the next 36 hours and apologized for the delay. Bob said it wouldn't happen but I was still telling him that they had a truck. He told me if they had a truck I wouldnt stil; be on a loading board (this is how these guys along with other companies find trucks; Bob and Will explained) He was straight forward and told me "You will NEVER get a truck for what they are offering the driver, and the drivers would never work with this company." Bob said to me "Okay Im going to find a truck for the lowest price a truck will accept and call you with a drivers name and number. No upfront deposit or anything like that." When he told me this I was a little weary and thought "OK these guys are another scam company." An hour later Will called. He told me he had a truck that would be at my house first thing in the morning. It was 500 dollars MORE than what available logistics had told me for a total price. I had it in my mind that this trip costed a lot less than what it did. Really I realized that this is truly what it comes down to. The trucks need to be offered the right amount of money or they will simply just choose another vehicle and keep it moving. After alll of this huge headache I realized, JUST GO WITH A LEGIT COMPANY THAT DOESNT CHARGE A DIME TO GET WORKING ON your order. Not only did these guys save the day and get the job done right; they also helped me get my deposit back. Thank you so much guys!! You guys are my heroes! You saved the day; seriously. I saved Bobs number and when I transport back I'm going to call him directly. Save yourself the headache and give these guys a shot. Thanks Bob. Thanks Will!
