This is the third time in the last 12 months that I have used this company to ship my auto cross country. I take care of my vehicle and am typically wary of it being in the possession of anyone else. This was not the cheapest quote I received, but the staff has always been friendly and they work to be as informative as possible. That peace of mind is worth the extra cost to me - especially after hearing all the horror stories from others. If you get a good driver (which I've had each time), they are more forthcoming with drop off times than "home base"
They understand customer service and keeping you informed. I appreciate that.
