BEWARE!!!!! On July 9, 2013 I contracted We Will Transport It Corp to move my vehicle from AZ to MO for $950. They knew exactly the pickup address and the delivery address. They informed me prior to my signing any agreement that they were a 5 star company on the Transportreviews.com, and directed me to read their reviews. Since this was my first time employing an auto transporter, I reviewed several of the companies and selected We Will Transport It Corp as their quoted costs was the cheapest. I received no communication from them despite repeated calls until the scheduled transport date of 7/22/13. On 7/22/13 I called and spoke to Reginald and was informed they could not meet the contract terms unless I paid an additional $225.00. When I objected he told me the contract I signed allowed them to modify the agreement without my consent and if I did not like it I could not do anything about it. Their contract was air tight and I needed to shut-up and live with it. I asked to speak to William Meyer and was transferred to a person names Reggie and after speaking to him I was told my choices were to pay the additional amount or try to find someone else the same day I needed and had the car scheduled to be transported. By waiting until the last minute to inform me of the additional fees they made it impossible for me to switch companies as I had to leave AZ on 7/23/13 to travel to MO to begin my new job. This fraudulent bait and switch tactic is illegal and needs investigation. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Florida’s Attorney General. At the direction of Florida’s Attorney General I filed additional complaints with the US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Broward County Consumer Protection Office, I notified the United States Armed Forces Relocation Authority (I am a Navy Veteran), and listed my warning on Facebook and Linkedin. As a Senior Member if IEEE and other professional organizations I have posted this warning to my entire network including several Fortune 500 companies I have as clients. My goal is to prevent this company from praying on others who require their vehicles transported. Their fraudulently conduct business practices and the fact that they benefit from their illegal activities needs to be stopped.

I initially posted this on 7/23/13 and was immediately harassed by Reggie from We Will Transport It Corp. He called my phone repeatedly from 6:30 am and continued throughout all of July 23rd. In addition I received several threating telephone messages and email including one from a man claiming to be William Meyer the owner of We Will Transport It Corp. Below is one of the emails:

Mr. Nathan,

I called you this morning and thought we had a very clear understanding about what we had discussed concerning your transport. Now I see your "new" posting and it as worse than the first one. Let me perfectly clear Mr. Wright, I NEED YOU TO CALL ME ME ASAP PLEASE......954-317-0538.

The harassing phone messages and calls were far worse than the above message. Probably the most alarming was the voice message from William Meyer. He threaten to have the driver return my car to my residence knowing the car was half way to the destination and I had already left AZ. Reggie made the same threat repeatedly both during our conversation and in voice messages. They had even offered the transporter $500 to return my car to AZ and let me figure out how to get it to MO after I had already left. This company does not understand the first thing about customer service. Additionally, Reggie attempted to make me believe he had a personal relationship with the transporter and it was only through his efforts my transport was only going to cost me $225 more dollars them promised. The reason I know he was lying is because he told me how the transporter had 10 other cars on the carrier and that the other clients were suffering because of my special request (which I made no special request). In fact the transport could only hold 2 cars. Additionally, Reggie told me the transporter was having to get a hotel room in MO to wait for me to arrive and was doing so because he was such a good friend of Reggie’s. Upon delivery I asked the transporter where he stayed and he informed me he lived in AR and had gone home to spend time with his family as he had planned. He had picked up one other car in NM, which filled his transporter, and had delivered it before he went home so no other clients were made to suffer. Reggie’s lies punctuated the fact that We Will Transport It Corp business model is one of bait and switch, lies, and fraudulent business practice. One final note was in Mr. William Meyer’s voice message to me he told me he trusted Reggie as one of his most valued employees. I discovered that Reggie’s last name is Meyer so this trust is based on family ties and not factual performance.

The only bright spot for this move was the gentlemen who transported it. He had NO affiliation with We Will Transport It Corp. He was an independent contractor and was 100% professional. I will use his service for any future moves. I would also recommend him as the first and only choice if you have auto transportation need.

One final note about my interaction with We Will Transport It Corp, Reggie continuously threatened me and was disrespectful during our conversations. He would insult me and ignore my concerns. His repeated attempts to justify his and We Will Transport It Corp actions were comical as his attempts to educate me in business without knowing or understanding my background. I hold advance degrees in Business including a Doctorate and consult for Fortune 500 companies. We Will Transport It Corp lacks professionalism, leadership, business accruement, and anything that resembles a sustainable business model.

I am posting this knowing that I will receive relentless harassing phone calls from Reggie and We Will Transport It. The one thing they cannot do it threaten to hold my vehicle as I have it in my possession. Despite knowing I will be harassed I feel it is important to warn others about this fraudulent bait and switch company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I did not listen to the reviews and it cost me more and if I had bitten at their first attempt I would have paid over $500 more.
