After having multiple companies call me claiming that the other company is a scam company (this happened for we will transport it too) I decided a large proportion of these ppl are liars, and more are just trying to out-do the other companies out there. So I took what I thought was a risk and just stuck with WWTI and two days later a driver was arranged. The pick up and drop off was perfect, no issues, other than the fact that they knew the vehicle was inoperable and didn't bring a truck with a winch. The car wouldn't have made in on the trailer if I didn't help the driver push it on. There was some confusion between WWTI and the driver about what the carrier fees are supposed to be, but in the end it all worked out just fine. The worst thing I have to say about WWTI is that Dave (my salesperson) was continually difficult to reach by phone and email, and since they are based in the east coast their office closed relatively early for us Cali ppl. If they read these reviews I hope they become more responsive to customers questions. I would use them again.
