True we will transport your car...We will also give you a military discount just like we gave Denise... However, the carriers will not break the law to pickup your car...In your case Denise you lived in a culd-de-sac, as we explained and the driver repeatedly told you that a 10 car carrier cannot come down your street due to zoning regulations in your area. Also to complicate the matter further their were large trees that would damage all the other cars on the carrier in your development. This was the second truck we dispatched to you because your brother took the keys to work with him the prior week when we had another carrier to pick you up. You also left a minor home with the keys this time and as we explained the carrier would pick your car up in the Walmart Parking lot. But you choose to be extremely uncooperative. I don't know what else to tell you except that their is only so much we can do. The drivers were very helpful, gave you alternatives and your family members were not responsible enough to follow through. We held up our end, we dispatched a carrier ( two carriers), the driver also offered to drive your sister back to her house. I believe that you are a little ungrateful and no matter what anyone did to solve your problem you could not be pleased. You made it very difficult for the drivers. You also called me in the middle of the night we answered all your calls...I am glad you got your vehicle...and payed your bill....Good luck to you in the military and please be happy life is too short...
