I was very impressed by this organization. The only contacts were phone calls and emails. However; they seemed to care enough to return messages and respond to emails to make the transition smooth. The driver was professional and courteous. He answered all the calls that were made to him and provided detailed explanations. He seed to have cared a lot about cars that he delivered. Overall this was a good experience and we were very happy with the service. TM
