THE BAD:

Contracted quote: $575 ($175 Broker, $400 Transporter). Car sat for 10 days.

Company changed price to $625 (reduced price to Broker to $100 & upped price to Transporter to $525) to get car picked up. Another company informed me because they saw that the price had changed.

When they found a driver, they phoned to inform us that a driver was found and price was $625 total. My husband took call . . . he was not aware of the increased price . . .$50 MORE THAN ORIGINAL CONTRACT. They sent us another copy of the contract showing the increased/changed price.

I felt DUPED. NO ONE ASKED ME TO CHANGE CONTRACT . . THEY JUST DID.

THE GOOD:

Israel & Josh were good with follow thru, but when I sent an email to William (President) to inquire about increase in price in my contract, there was no response. I asked Josh to check into it & get back . . . he did not. IN THE EMAIL I WROTE THAT I WOULD CANCEL CONTRACT IF NO ONE PHONED ME BACK WITHIN 2 DAYS. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT CANCEL CONTRACT, THEY DID NOT CALL ME EITHER.

Car finally got picked up 10 days after contract was signed and delivered next day. We were pleased about that.

I KNOW WE WILL TRANSPORT IT JUST WANTED TO GET CAR PICKED UP, BUT THEY HAD NO RIGHT INCREASING THE PRICE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY CONTRACTED TO US.

As always customer service is key at WWTI. In this case we tried a number of times to contact the client. We realized the client was in a difficult spot for pick up. We where having a difficult time getting a carrier. When we found someone we reached out to the client again to no avail. The car has now been sitting longer than we liked. So we did not pass the full burden on to the client. We determined that we where partially responsible for this problem with quoting the vehicle to low. So we reduced our fee to match the clients increase. Clients, at WWTI, are our number one priority. Communication is important in all factors of business. Yes it broke down for a moment here. However, we took responsibility and lowered our fee to make sure the job was done correctly, professionally and with care to the clients vehicle. We hope in the future you understand this and consider us again in the future.
