I have to say after a rocky start to the transaction they really did come thru in the 11th hour for what was a gift for my father in law. I was not pleasant with my rep in the beginning and instead of giving up on me, he perservered and actually came thru when no one else was able. I cannot stress the level of dedication this company puts into going above and beyond for all their customers. Especially the difficult ones. If you need something transported I would not hesitate to call and ask for Josh. Thank you for putting a smile back on the face of my father in law.
