great company saved us from a great loss

I am going to try to make this long story short!!!!! some friends and I decided to get together and ship our vehicles with the same company this was our very first PCS move from Texas to WAshington. (NEVER EVER USE AA TRANSPORT might be know as american logisitics)we used a company a solder recomended that was telling us they could ship our vehicle for only $800 this other company then asked us for a $400 deposit. the other company kept in contact with me all the way until they got their money from me then decided to send me to voicemail and treat me like a burden rather then a person when answering their phone and being asked questions about when my vehicle was supose to be picked up. June 12 2012 was the date the other company was supose to pick up my car it is now june 25 2012. since june 6 2012 I had signed their paper work and they took my money. my husbands friend gave us the number to we will ship it and they have been nothing but considerate toward mine and my friends situation. ABOVE AND BEYOND they are helping us to file fraud against the other company william meyer and bronson have been more then understanding and more then helpful what has been taking the other miserable company 3 weeks took this company 3 hours to pick up my vehicle and bring it to me I cannot thank them enough for helping out us military families I intend to recomend them to all my friends and to use no other company from now on thank you very much bronson for all your help and answering my calls and treating me like a person of value and not a burden worst learning experience ever but glad to have found a good company!!!!!! I can not stress enough how much I admire their honesty and speed and responsibility and respect that they show GREAT COMPANY GREAT VALUES!!!!!
