To make this short. Drivers should never think it is ok to stick their heads in windows of people homes no matter the circumstance, but this driver felt entitled to do so which was very unprofessional and could have resulted in terrible altercation. As for my vehicle, it was picked up with a clean bill of health (and documents to show) upon transporting across country. My vehicle was taken down off the truck when I was not there to see or hear of a problem. I heard grinding noises around my front tires where they hook-up to the truck bed problem that same day. I got a few inspection done to find out my sway bar, struts, and control arms where damaged very badly. The company has not been willing to assist with the repairs to my vehicle caused by them.
