When my husband tried to write a review on this it was taken off because Viking said they couldn't locate us as a customer- again they were wrong. I have copies of emails where they promised again and again 24-48 hours. If they couldn't deliver, they shouldn't have wasted our time.

We apologize that your car took so long to get pick up. But we did give you three price options and you chose to go the cheapest route. I do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we did have conversation regarding why the car was delayed in getting picked up numerous time. We told you that a check has been mailed out to you for $130. The check for $130 has been mailed to the address that we have on on file for you. Being that you mentioned that your Visa bank has credit you the $130, we hope that you just destroy the check that we mailed to you or just mail it back to Viking.
