3 months later, STILL no refund!!

Estimated Pick-up date 09/09/2010. Cancelled this order 31/08/2010 and was informed the same day via email from Aaron that my $100 deposit would be refunded within the following 48 and 72hrs. Today's date, 11/17/2010 and STILL no refund, despite numerous emails to Viking and telephone calls regarding this issue.
Last time I called and actually managed to talk to someone (Tony) was Oct 20th, 2010, I was informed at that time that now they needed the last four digits of my credit card and they would give this information to their "Accouns Dept." and my deposit would be forthcoming. I did not have my credit card on-hand to give them the information, but I told them I'd call right back. Since then, every time I call (every single day - numerous times a day), all I get is a recorded message. Have left several Voice Mails but they never return my calls.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE!! Definately would NOT recommend this company!!!

Miss Peterson, we do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we are very, very suprised that you would post this negative review, since your deposit allready has been refunded in full. And we know that you are 100% aware of this. So as decent person that we know you are, you should really remove this review. Thank You,,,,, Tony
