Gruff Customer Service - I went with another company

I was referred to Viking from the dealership that I bought my car from. I was going on their recommendation so I thought it was a 'no brainer'. The guy I spoke must not have read the manual called, How to Deliver Good Customer Service. I'm not looking for a best friend when I want to give someone my money for a service, but c'mon. I said it in the title, gruff. I felt like I was bothering him with my questions about getting my 20K car delivered to me.
Luckily I found this review site and saw 2 warnings about this company. I quickly turned down his quote. I was even willing to pay the extra $250 that they quoted me for the same job that I ultimately got done for $500. Good luck Viking.
