This company is terrible, no customer service and its a complete scam. I scheduled my car to be transported a month and a half earlier with tony, just so there would be a good amount of time to find a carrier to transport the car. A week and a half before my car was to be picked up I started calling Viking to confirm everything was in place, no answer, no call backs, no nothing! I gave him a deposit of $130, and he couldn't even have the decency to put me in the central dispatch system to bid my car for transport. Yesterday my car was supposed to be picked up and of course it wasn't. So here I am writing a bad review and I hope no one else gets taken by this poor excuse for a company, and Owner at that. Unlike some other customers on here I don't have days to waste to see if a driver is going to come get my car, I am leaving to California in two days. So i am now looking for another carrier and have to spend an extra amount of money more to expedite the transport of my car. Thanks Viking auto transport, for cutting me and my sons trip back to California short because I don't have enough money now to sight see the country with him because I now have to pay double the amount of money I would've paid if I had consulted with a legitimate company a month and a half ago instead of yours! It's sad that my son loses out because of crooks like you.

FYI to other customers : I was refunded my deposit back, not from the company, but from American Express thankfully! They understood my situation and provide great customer service, so my advice would be to dispute the fraudulent deposit with your bank or credit card company! You will have better luck with them instead of Viking

We apoligize for the over billing. But as you know all your money has been credited back to your account. Richard H.
