I contracted through for an enclosed van to ship my car to North Carolina. Trucker shows up with an open trailer. I refused to load car, trucker checked his order and an open trailer was ordered. I called Tony and he agreed it was a mistake and would reschedule an enclosed trailer. Due to the time constraint now, I have a problem and Tony inferred that that was my problem not his to get a truck on time so I had to cancel.

I called to get my $125 refund and he said that he would take cre of it. I called back a month later and he said it would be done imediatly. Here it is 4 months latter I still do not have a refund and no longer is the fhone number any good.
